Before you create a ticket in Jira:
- Please post your issue to the forum first. This is the best place to dicuss the problem and see if we can help you without the need to fix something in Pimento. Likewise feature requests should be discussed in the forum first.
- Make sure that you have tested with the latest version of Pimento.
- Search Jira for similar issues before posting a new one that may be a duplicate of an existing one.
- Please provide the minimized and isolated source that reproduces the problem, including Java/AS3 source, configuration files, version numbers, log output and stack traces.
- Don't post hundreds of lines of project-specific code as it is unlikely that we can reproduce the problem that way. Try to isolate the problem first.
- Please attach all relevant files in a single Zip file.
If you just want to browse the issue tracker, you can do that without creating a Jira account. To create new issues, comment on existing ones, vote or track issues you'll need an account.
